ALPHA- OFF SEASON TRAINING

Alpha Off Season Training is wrestling training in Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco Roman as well as strength and conditioning throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall. All Sessions are designed and operated by Coach Vinny Ranauto and Clif Bakhsh.

All Sessions (Spring, Summer & Fall) are for wrestlers with the basic skill set already established. We will build on existing techniques while adding higher level and higher percentage drills and techniques into the practice plans. All skills will help every wrestler reach a higher level of success on and off the mats.


Spring Session Schedule:
Sunday- Tuesday - Thursday
6:30-8:30pm
